Private work.
Clear information.

This notice describes how the current DeckToClose workspace handles information. The issuer identified in each investor portal is responsible for its offering, investor decisions and use of investor information.

Information in a workspace

Signing in supplies an account identifier, email address and, when available, your name. Workspaces store issuer details, invited investor contact information, relationship assessments, qualification responses, investor profiles, indicated amounts, documents, messages and tasks.

Electronic execution records include the signer’s account identity, email, typed name, consent, time, document hash and investor details at signing. Issuer decisions, file access and closing actions produce an audit history. Issuer-reported funds receipts are records, not bank access.

Account billing

The platform stores your issuer plan status, redeemed discount, activation time and, when paid billing is enabled, payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers and billing period information. Secure checkout and subscription management are handled by Stripe when available. Card numbers and security codes are not collected or stored in the DeckToClose workspace. Complimentary code redemption does not require card information.

How it is used

Information supports private access, document delivery, review, communication, execution and recordkeeping. The application also maintains request counters to limit abusive activity. It does not include advertising trackers, sell workspace data or automatically send marketing email.

Who can access it

The issuer workspace owner can access its workspace records. Invited investors can access their own workflow using the email named in their invitation. Materials require issuer approval and acknowledgement; wire documents have additional release controls. Site hosting and storage providers process information to operate the service. Access protections do not prevent an authorized recipient from retaining or sharing a downloaded file.

Retention, corrections and requests

Workspace records remain stored until the responsible issuer arranges deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. There is no automatic expiration or self-service permanent deletion. Revoking an invitation stops future access; it does not erase historical records or downloaded copies. Contact your issuer through workspace messages or your existing contact channel for corrections, a records request or deletion review.

Your choices

Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax IDs, passwords or banking login credentials. You can download documents and your electronic signature records. Sign out when using a shared device. The public demo uses fictional data; changes to it are temporary and do not create a live investment record.

Questions
