A WORKSPACE FOR WHAT COMES AFTER THE DECK
Purpose-built for private fundraising Issuer-controlled access Guided investor journey A connected closing record

THE SPACE BETWEEN INTRODUCTION AND INVESTMENT

A great deck opens the door.
A great process moves it forward.

The deck is just the beginning. What follows is a sequence of questions, materials, approvals, and documents, often spread across inboxes and spreadsheets.

DeckToClose brings that work together, so investors know what comes next and your team knows exactly where things stand.

ONE CONNECTED WORKSPACE

The whole process.
In a clear line of sight.

One view for your team. A focused path for each investor. The context stays with the relationship from the first invitation onward.

Materials, together.

Relationships, in context.

Access, review notes, and progress remain connected to each investor.

A THOUGHTFUL INVESTOR EXPERIENCE

One journey.
Seven clear steps.

From the first invitation to the closing record, the process is easy to follow. Explore each step below.

STEP 01 / PRIVATE ACCESS

Start with the relationship.

Create an individual invitation, record your relationship, and approve access before an investor enters the room. Every participant has a named, authenticated account.

THOUGHTFUL CONTROL. AT EVERY STEP.

Private by design.
Human by decision.

Software should make the process easier to manage. Your team and advisers remain responsible for access, investor review, documents, and acceptance.

Understand the workflow

The room opens by invitation.

Named accounts and issuer-controlled access keep private offering materials within an approved relationship.

Review is more than a checkbox.

Built around an accredited-investor-only, Rule 506(b) workflow, with issuer review and recorded rationale.

The record stays with the process.

Keep material versions, participant progress, and issuer actions connected in your workspace history.

Visit the help center
What is DeckToClose?

DeckToClose is a private fundraising workflow platform for issuers and their invited investors. It brings materials, participant information, review steps, document workflows, and closing records into one workspace.

How much does DeckToClose cost?

DeckToClose is $100 USD per month per issuer account, billed monthly when activated. The plan includes the workspaces in that account, subject to current platform limits. Invited investors participate free. You can view activation options and apply an optional discount code in your signed-in account.

Can I discover investment opportunities here?

DeckToClose organizes issuer-controlled private workflows. There is no public investment marketplace or opportunity directory. Investors enter a specific workspace through an individual invitation and the issuer’s approval process.

How do investors access the portal?

An issuer creates an invitation for a named investor. The investor signs in, the invitation is matched to that account, and the issuer’s access controls determine when private materials become available.

Does a questionnaire automatically approve accreditation?

No. The questionnaire collects information for the issuer’s review. Your team records its review and rationale before approving participation. The workflow is designed for Rule 506(b) offerings with an accredited-investor-only policy.

What should I prepare before inviting investors?

Prepare your current offering materials, counsel-reviewed subscription documents and disclosures, an approved investor access process, and the responsible people for review and closing. Your workspace helps organize these steps.

Does DeckToClose receive investment funds?

No. DeckToClose records workflow progress and issuer-reported funding status. It does not hold investor funds, execute bank transfers, or replace the issuer’s counsel, financial institution, or advisers.
